Welcome to the BSUB Multi-Purpose Event Room

The BSUB Multi-purpose Room is one of our most flexible and spacious event venues, designed to accommodate a wide range of gatherings. With its open layout and adaptable seating configurations, the space can be tailored for banquets, conferences, trainings, receptions, and community events. Whether you're planning a formal presentation or a large social gathering, this room provides the versatility and scale to support your event with ease.

Rooms can be scheduled outside of normal operational hours, but additional charges may apply. All rates are daily rates. Discounted rates only apply to room rates during normal operational hours M-F. Weekends and all times outside of normal operating hours are billed at the community rate. A 501(c)(3) is required to receive the discounted rates. All rates are subject to change without notice.

We encourage you to submit your request as early as possible so we can plan ahead with you. Community (external) reservations are accepted once academic classes have been finalized for the requested semester (Fall, Spring, or Summer). University (internal) requests may be submitted earlier, with final confirmation provided after the academic schedule is set.
